Since our beginning in 2023, we have grown to be an amazing team! We have teams based in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas/Ft. Worth, and now The Carolinas! We have a wide range of talents, specialties and backgrounds that are suited for whatever project comes our way. Our passion is to sculpt unique events, tailored to your distinct vision, where every detail reflects your individuality.

Hi, I’m Michelle — the heart & soul behind Events By Michelle. My journey into wedding planning didn’t start in a ballroom — it actually started on a tennis court. Back in 2023, while coaching a lesson, my clients casually suggested I’d be a great wedding planner. I laughed… and then I thought about it. Two years later, here I am, running a wedding planning business I truly love.
What began as a leap of faith quickly turned into my full-time passion. I now lead a small but mighty team serving couples across Texas and North Carolina — with home bases in Raleigh, Austin, San Antonio, and the DFW area. Whether you’re planning a backyard bash, a big tented celebration, or a destination weekend in Mexico (yes, please!), we’re here to bring your vision to life and make sure you actually enjoy the ride.
I believe your wedding should feel like you — effortless, joyful, and full of heart. I’m here to make the planning process feel exciting and manageable, while turning your vision into something unforgettable.

My previous coordinator basically ghosted me and I was in need of a coordinator. Michelle and I got into contact, and from that moment, she took the reins on everything!!!! I was so stress free the day of my wedding. She got into contact with my vendors, created a timeline for me, and helped me sort out every small detail. She was so fun, nice, professional…my friends and family are still raving about her! I will never not recommend Michelle, she saved my day! She is the best
