how far in advance should we book your wedding planning services?

It's recommended to book our wedding planning services at least 8-12+ months before your wedding date to secure your preferred  date and ensure ample time for meticulous planning and design development, and execution with your assigned  wedding planner.

The short answer is yes we do! However, our packages do not include it. This service is an additional cost.

Just say the word! Our headquarters are based in San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Raleigh, Wilmington and Charlotte. However, we service all of Texas & the Southeast! Planning a destination wedding? We have out passports ready to make your day unforgettable!

Our clients typically do invest $40,000+ in their weddings, with our planning services designed to support celebrations of this scale and beyond. During our consultation, we will walk through options tailored to your specific vision and priorities.

what is the difference between a wedding planner and a venue coordinator?

We certainly understand all of the confusion - wedding planner, wedding coordinator, venue coordinator. While all play a vital role, your wedding planner (Events by Michelle, LLC) is focused solely on your and your interests. We work exclusively with you to curate a celebration that stems from your story and style...without unnecessary stress or unwelcome setbacks. The venue coordinator is there to protect the interest of the venue.

do you offer month of or day of coordination services only?

The simple answer is no. While we understand that month of or "day of" services are popular, we focus on Full-Service Planning, Partial Planning & Design, and Event Management (or Coordination). This approach ensures the highest level of involvement and attention to design, providing guidance on key details, vendor recommendations, timelines, and overall coordination. For couples on a budget, we offer a coordination package called Event Management. We only limit up to 10 weddings per year with this package.
