Hi! My name is Michelle Vasquez and I am the owner behind Events By Michelle. I fell in love with weddings after my husband and I got married back in 2020. The pandemic taught me so much about what I wanted to do with my life - and now here we are! I decided to add content creation to my services because I slowly found myself filming behind the scenes of every wedding I was coordinating - so I thought what the heck, let’s do it!

I went with Events by Michelle and want to sing all the praises. I was paired with Janelle here in Austin, who I immediately felt comfortable with. She's smart and such a hard worker. I'm a type-A person, but her experience in this space made it a dream to pass off to her. But truth be told, if I did it again, I'd hire her for total planning because planning a wedding is not an easy feat!
Our special day was just magical. I felt relaxed and in total fun mode because Janelle had it covered. She and her dream team were kind, thoughtful, and on it. My mom, who didn't really understand why l booked a coordinator, was in love with Janelle, too.She gets it now!

Events by Michelle team was so great!
Janelle Guy was super helpful on our wedding day! She helped me structure out a good time line and plan. We had a very quick turn around for planning and I was doing much of it by myself.
Janelle was so kind and sweet! You can also tell Michelle cares a lot as well, based of her check ins! It's pretty normal for couples to look back on their day and wish some things went differently, but Janelle kept that to a minimum for me! I didn't have to worry much about how the day was going to unfold and trusted her completely with the outcome. It was an absolutely beautiful day, I couldn't have done it without her guidance!

okay so let me just say michelle was the best part about my wedding!
My previous coordinator basically ghosted me and I was in need of a coordinator. Michelle and I got into contact, and from that moment, she took the reins on everything!!!! I was so stress free the day of my wedding. She got into contact with my vendors, created a timeline for me, and helped me sort out every small detail. She was so fun, nice, professional…my friends and family are still raving about her! I will never not recommend Michelle, she saved my day! She is the best
