Since our beginning in 2023, we have grown to be an amazing team! Michelle is now a Raleigh wedding planner with teams still located across Texas. We have a wide range of talents, specialties and backgrounds that are suited for whatever project comes our way. Our passion is to sculpt unique events, tailored to your distinct vision, where every detail reflects your individuality.

Michelle Vasquez is the Owner, Creative Director, and one of Events By Michelle's lead wedding planners with over four years of experience in the events industry.
She's known for her sharp eye for detail, blending style with seamless functionality while building genuine trust with vendors, venues, and every family she serves.
Her favorite moments are the ones no one can plan for. When the unexpected arises, Michelle transforms it into something even more meaningful—meeting high-pressure situations with steady confidence, creative problem-solving, and a calm presence that elevates the entire experience.
What truly sets Michelle apart is her ability to listen deeply and design with intention. Every event she touches reflects the people at the center of it—thoughtfully curated, effortlessly executed, and filled with moments that feel both personal and unforgettable.

My previous coordinator basically ghosted me and I was in need of a coordinator. Michelle and I got into contact, and from that moment, she took the reins on everything!!!! I was so stress free the day of my wedding. She got into contact with my vendors, created a timeline for me, and helped me sort out every small detail. She was so fun, nice, professional…my friends and family are still raving about her! I will never not recommend Michelle, she saved my day! She is the best
