Attend final venue walkthrough (up to 1 hour)
Line up wedding party for ceremony processional and reception introductions (if applicable)
Review vendor selections and send them welcome email and timeline (2 weeks prior)
Direct Rehearsal (1 hour)
Vendor Coordination & Management
Set up & clean up of ALL DECOR
Assist in gathering/loading personal belongings/ leftover food/alcohol and gifts.

*Guest count 150-200: Two Assistants (Additional $250)
*Guest count 200+: Three Assistants (Additional $500)
**pricing includes travel up to 60 miles; additional miles require an additional fee
**If the entire wedding budget exceeds 80K for Partial Planning we will then charge a flat rate of 12%
