  • Begins 8-12 months prior to event

  • 15 Hours of Day Of Execution (includes 1 Lead + 2 Assistants)

  • 10 Phone Calls prior to event ( to discuss Timeline, Floor Plan, Design, etc)

  • Timeline & Floor Plan Creation

  • Design & Mood Board Creation (8-12 months out)

  • Access to your Wedding Planning Portal

  • Budget Management

  • RSVP Management

  • Hotel Room Block Management (if applicable)

  • Assist with scheduling vendor meetings around client’s schedule

  • Monthly check in emails

  • Assist vendor selection by offering options that fit within client style/budget (venue, photographer, caterer, etc.)

  • Attend final venue walkthrough (up to 1 hour)

  • Line up wedding party for ceremony processional and reception introductions (if applicable)

  • Review vendor selections and send them welcome email and timeline (2 weeks prior)

  • Direct Rehearsal (1 hour)

  • Vendor Coordination & Management

  • Set up & clean up of ALL DECOR

  • Assist in gathering/loading personal belongings/ leftover food/alcohol and gifts.

  • The Full Planning package includes everything listed in the Partial Planning Package!

    *Guest count 150-200: Two Assistants (Additional $250)

    *Guest count 200+: Three Assistants (Additional $500)

    **pricing includes travel up to 60 miles; additional miles require an additional fee

    **If the entire wedding budget exceeds 80K for Partial Planning we will then charge a flat rate of 12%
