This associate planner package is tailored to couples who excel in planning but seek guidance to stay task-focused. Designed for those who want to lead but also benefit from our consulting expertise, resources, check ins, design help and eventual full assistance closer to the wedding day. This is designed with a 90-day heavy involvement timeline, we ensure a seamless transition where we step in to take charge and allow you to sit back but are available to you if you have questions in the interim.
Begins 2-3 months prior to event
One Hour (1 hour) Initial Consultation
10 Hours of Day Of Execution (includes 1 Lead + 1 Assistant)

Timeline & Floor Plan Creation
Assist with design details
Access to your Wedding Planning Portal
Access to our preferred vendor list after contract is signed & deposit is paid
Review vendor selections and send them welcome email and timeline (2 weeks prior)
Direct Rehearsal (up 1 hour)
Attend final venue walkthrough (up to 1 hour)
Vendor Coordination & Management
Line up wedding party for ceremony processional and reception introductions (if applicable)
Distribute all final vendor payments & gratuities
Set up & clean up of ALL DECOR
Assist in gathering/loading personal belongings/ leftover food/alcohol and gifts.
*Guest count 150-200: Two Assistants (Additional $250)
*Guest count 200+: Three Assistants (Additional $500)
**pricing includes travel up to 60 miles; additional miles require an additional fee
