This package provides heightened support for vendor sourcing, design curation, logistical coordination, and expert-guided document management. • Begins 6-8 months prior to event

• 12 Hours of Day Of Execution (includes 1 Lead + 1 Assistant)

• 7 Phone Calls prior to event (to discuss Timeline, Floor Plan, Design, etc)

• Timeline & Floor Plan Creation

• Budget Management

• RSVP Management

• Access to your Wedding Planning Portal

• Assist with scheduling vendor meetings around client’s schedule

• Assist vendor selection by offering options that fit within client style/budget

• Attend final venue walkthrough (up to 1 hour)

• Line up wedding party for ceremony processional and reception introductions (if applicable)

• Review vendor selections and send them welcome email and timeline (2 weeks prior)

• Direct Rehearsal (up to 1 hour)

• Vendor Coordination & Management

• Set up & clean up of ALL DECOR

• Assist in gathering/loading personal belongings/ leftover food/alcohol and gifts.
