This is our most budget friendly option lead by our associate planners targeted to provide you with the resources to plan your wedding, with limited support until we take over the details 30 days out. We can always add on to this package if you find yourself needing extra support along the way, however, if you just need some resources to get going, and have a hang of things… this package may be the best fit for you for us to take over 1 month out.

  • Begins 4 weeks prior to event

  • One Hour (1 hour) Initial Consultation

  • Three Phone Calls

  • 10 Hours of Day Of Execution (includes 1 Lead + 1 Assistant)

  • Access to your Wedding Planning Portal (via Google Drive)

  • Access to preferred vendor list after contract is signed & deposit is paid

  • Vendor Coordination & Management

  • Review Floor Plan

  • Timeline Creation

  • Direct Rehearsal (up to 1 hour)

  • Review vendor selections and send them welcome email and timeline (2 weeks prior)

  • Attend final venue walkthrough (up to 1 hour)

  • Set up & clean up personal items ONLY (welcome table, memory table, cake table, etc)

  • Distribute final payments/vendor gratuities on the day of

  • Assist in gathering/loading personal belongings/ leftover food/alcohol and gifts.

*Guest count 150-200: Two Assistants (Additional $250)

*Guest count 200+: Three Assistants (Additional $500)

**pricing includes travel up to 60 miles; additional miles require an additional fee
